Water gymnastics is exercise in water for people who want to improve their well-being, strengthen individual muscle groups and improve their physical fitness.
Gymnastics affects:
improving overall physical and mental condition,
improves coordination of movements by increasing the mobility of peripheral joints and the spine,
improving the body's performance
increases endurance for exercise
strengthening and improving individual muscle groups
minimizes pain by reducing friction and stretching - impossible in land conditions.
Classes last 30 minutes.
Classes in groups of max. 20 people;
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m

Applications for participation are accepted at the reception, at least the day before.
