Studio with a balcony consists of two rooms and a comfortable bathroom or one large room with a private bathroom. There are two variants of these rooms, allocated according to availability.
In variant A, the first room = "living room" has a desk, flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed that can sleep a maximum of 2 people. In the second room = "bedroom" there is a wardrobe and 2 connected or separate beds 90x200.
Variant B consists of one large room with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Comfortable bed 180x200 (which is 2 separate or connected beds 90 x 200) plus an additional single bed 90 x 200 and a sofa bed, bed linen, and hypoallergenic pillows.
The maximum room capacity is 4 people (e.g. two adults and two children). Some rooms have air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is subject to an additional charge.
