Gift voucher

The amount of the voucher covers the services provided by our hotel. Depending on the selected offer, it may be a stay in our hotel or use of additional attractions such as wellness treatments or a session in the salt cave....

When making a reservation, please note that it does not include spa fee for the city of Swinoujscie and parking fee.

CONDITIONS OF GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASE

1. The person authorized to use the voucher is the purchaser of the voucher or the person designated by the purchaser for whom the voucher was purchased.
2. The condition for using the voucher is prior reservation of the service at a mutually convenient time (according to availability at Hotel Polaris) - in three different ways via our website or by email: recepcja@hotelpolaris.pl or by phone: + 48 91 321 54 12
3. At the time of use, the voucher must be presented and left at the reception desk of Hotel Polaris.
4. If the amount indicated on the voucher is not fully used, the holder is not entitled to a refund of the unused amount.
5. The voucher is not exchangeable for a monetary equivalent.
6. The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
7. Reservation of a service based on a voucher is not subject to cost-free cancellation or rescheduling.
